Ingredients
5 lbs Korean Style BBQ Beef Short Ribs
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 whole garlic minced
1 medium onion minced
2 big lemons
1/2 cup Sprite
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 cup High table banana BBQ sauce
1/2 cup oyster sauce
Cooking Instructions
1. Wash the meat thoroughly and rinse any excess blood and fat. Drain and set aside.
2. Except for the meat, mixed all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Add the meat to the mixture.
4. Marinate for 1-2 hours but for best and more yummy results leave it marinating overnight.
5. Grill either indoors or in an outdoor grill. Serve and enjoy!
